IS3C’s WG 3 on Procurement and supply chain management presented its report at the IGF in Kyoto. Authors Liz Orembo and Mallory Knodel focused on the question: How procurement influences the security of the Internet as a public infrastructure. Analyses of procurement documents from around the world shows, apart from very few exceptions, there is a world to win where this influence on cybersecurity is concerned.
