There is global consensus that there is a serious gap between the offer of and the demand for skills as taught in cyber security curricula of tertiary education institutions. Students rarely graduate sufficiently skilled to meet the challenging needs of the sector. In 2022, IS3C conducted research in 66 countries to look more closely at ways to overcome the growing gaps in the cybersecurity supply chain, increasing year on year. IS3C presented recommendations, now translated into action.
